We liked that the hotel was clean and modern. The rooms are nice. What we liked is that every day they refill the fridge (water, coke and ice tea) for free. Also 2 packs of noodles and coffee and tea.
Friendly staff, but they spoke hardly any english. At night the bathroom started smelling bad. The cleaning staff forgot twice to lock our room after cleaning. We told reception. They immediately contact the cleaning staff and it did not happen again.

The room we had was on the third floor away from the street. It was perfect and quiet. I liked the remodeling of the hotel, and the location was perfect for exploring the town. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the price was extremely good value for your money.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, but they fixed this after we told the reception. The drain smell a little like sewer, but this is how it seems to be almost all places in Thailand. It must be the layout of the drains...

Absolutely mind-blowing location, with jaw-droppingly friendly staff and a super clean hotel. The breakfast buffet, although the same choices every day, doesn't matter much because everything else is so amazing! Plus, they provide free bottled water and noodles daily. A good enough place for a comfortable sleep after a day trip.

The lights at night were beautyfull. But nothing much invthe area besides small shoppingmall.
We didnt recieve toiletpaper when they made up the room at check in, we asked if we could get some and they asked for 10 bath. I know i know that 10 bath is nothing but its just not done! Paying for toilet paper in a hotel????!!!! What a shame...

The hotel is newly renovated and has a cool modern design, the rooms are quite nice
It is not near the bus station as advertised, the nearby bus terminal has closed and the new one is a quite far away. We stayed to be close to the bus terminal so we were dissapointed with that and they would not refund us. The bathroom alao smelled really bad sewage smell. And there were some big Staines on the wall.

This hotel is located right in the center of the city, which makes it very convenient to explore the area. The prices are very reasonable and I felt like it was excellent value for money. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the basic amenities in my room were just what I needed. The air conditioning worked well on the higher floors and the King-sized bed was comfortable. It was great to have breakfast included, and the coffee machine was a nice touch.
All was great, no complaints.

Fantastic Hub of Nightlife
We had an incredible time staying at this hotel, which is conveniently located in the heart of Phuket's vibrant nightlife scene. Just steps away from the bustling bars and clubs, our evenings were filled with excitement and entertainment. The atmosphere was electric, and we truly felt the pulse of the city. It was the perfect place for us adults to let loose and enjoy some much-needed adult time without the kids. We couldn't have asked for a better location!
My children wanted a swimming pool. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, my children wished there was a swimming pool on the premises.
